BL20/ (Relic Condition) Mansfield & Lamb
Light Cavalry Saber
$425.00 ~LAYAWAY~MR
This Mansfield & Lamb sword has been put away
for years in an old barn south of Gettysburg, Pa. along with a
C. S. (Haiman Style) sword and I am told both are very early
battlefield pick-ups. This light cav. saber is good and tight
and length is complete with the original wood hand grip and
brass wire. The leather wrapping has deteriated with time. The
blade has lots of surface rust but not deeply pitted, it can be
cleaned and re wrapped and look very nice. The stamping on the
blade is visible but weak. |
